IMPORTANT:  All racers need to meet at the Information Tent in Bohn Park at 8:45 a.m. on Saturday June 9.  All racers that do not attend the meeting will be disqualified and not able to ride the course.

South Saint Vrain Creek (section to be announced 24 hours prior to race) a.k.a SSV is the definition of steep, manky, roadside class V+ in Colorado. ‘Big Narrows’ is the best part of the run with continuous class V boulder gardens, punctuated by steep and funnelized class V cascades.

SSV has been providing local boaters the best after work V+ challenge in the state for years and recently has become the stage for the renowned Adam Barron Memorial Creek race. This race is the highlight of the Lyons Outdoor Games providing world class athletes an opportunity to “sack up”.

Are you good enough to paddle full bore through ‘Triple Drop’, ‘Bed Springs’ and ‘Jihad’? Well you had better bring your dancing shoes because once you leave the starting line you will be competing against the worlds best.
